I’ve been studying IM for a month now (HA was a HUGE help!:)) And have yet to make a sale, lol. So my personal goal would be to make one sale in anything- even if its 50 cents from a Google AdSense click, money is money- and on top of that, I could always say “Yeah man, That day, I made a Dollar.”

When starting out with no subscribers, your best bet would be to do free reports in return for optins on forums. Set up a free report to give 8 great tips on the niche subject, and make sure they’re REALLY good, and then ask the people to check out the rest of the tips as well as MORE great tips at your site, which will include an optin link.

This way you get around any forums that dislike you forcing members to OPTIN to get the information.

Other sources would be YouTube/video traffic, forum signature advertising, if you’ve got funds, PPC/PPV and media buys.
