Want The Ultimate Internet Marketing Guide?

3 January 2010 | Vadym

As we all know, Internet marketing is one of the BEST ways to make money from the comfort of your own home. Working your own hours, living your own life, taking your own vacations, and a lot of the time, having a LOT more money than people with regular day jobs ever do.

Sounds great, right?

There’s just one problem. It’s friggin’ HARD to find a good Internet marketing guide.

One that’s not trying to sell you anything… an Internet marketing guide that will explain everything as it SHOULD be explained, without cutting corners, or leaving out any important parts.

A good Internet marketing guide should do the following:

-    Explain the different types of Internet marketing.
-    Explain the risks and rewards of Internet marketing.
-    Give detailed explanations of the specifics of Internet marketing, and guide the reader through the courses with solid examples and easy-to-understand explanations.
-    Answer any questions you might still have in terms of Internet marketing, with a solid host to guide you along your journey!

How does that sound?

Great?

Well… there’s still just one problem.

FINDING such an Internet marketing guide. And that’s not easy.

But please… do not buy ebooks!

We’ve all seen those Internet marketing guide books. The ones that promise you easy, fast riches, damn near overnight… and although they might contain some good starter info, they’re not worth the money you spend on them, and usually are advertising ANOTHER product, promising that THAT one will have all of the answers you need.

And although that seems evil, it makes sense. After all, if the goal of the ‘guru’ is to make money with his Internet marketing guide, he’ll make sure to make as much money as POSSIBLE… even if a couple of people get screwed over in the process.

So please, don’t Google “how to make money online” and spend $500 on the first ebooks you see. You’ll be disappointed.

So what CAN you spend your money on?

For now, if you don’t know anything about Internet marketing, you should NOT need to spend your money on anything.

After all, would you EVER buy a car without taking a test drive?

Would you ever buy jeans without trying them on first?

Would you ever buy tons of Internet marketing software without testing to see if Internet marketing is right for you?

Exactly.

But.

This does not mean that you should pinch your pennies.

There’s a GOLDEN rule on spending money in terms of Internet marketing… and that is, “if the tool will help you accomplish your task faster, and therefore give you either a greater return, either through taking less time to do the task, or through a higher return on investment… buy the tool”.

If the automated link building software will build your links and save you a dozen hours a week… buy it!

If the tool is useful to track your PPC campaigns… buy it!

Don’t be afraid to spend money to make money… just spend it wisely!

And that was an example of a solid Internet marketing tip from a guide that answers the questions people REALLY want to know.

But back to the original problem…

Where do we find a complete Internet marketing course?

Well… after trying to find a good course for the dozens of people asking me each week…

I couldn’t.

There were no COMPLETE and FREE Internet marketing courses out there.

So… I made one!

It includes detailed overviews, guides and examples of bum marketing, email marketing, and cpa marketing.

It is the FIRST and ONLY complete, and free Internet marketing course on the web!

So… read it! Read it now!

Read it here!

Internet Marketing Secret – Emotional Buttons And How To Push Them

19 May 2009 | Vadym

I’ve spoken about emotional buttons on numerous occasions, but without much detail. This is exactly one of those topics which are rarely talked about. The gurus know about them, and use them, but tend to keep them for themselves.

But I’m supposed to be teaching you about affiliate marketing and ALL aspects of it, right?

So, emotional buttons. First off, what are they?

An emotional button can be anything that will trigger some sort of emotion from your audience. If your overweight, calling attention to the fact you’re overweight will trigger an emotional button.

Seen the late night informercials?

“Tired of sitting around being a loser? Did your girlfriend leave you for a guy that DOES have a successful career? Are you feeling useless? Then study at our University!”

Yep, emotional buttons.

What’s the point of them?

Pretty simple. If I tell a fat person they’re fat, list things they’re missing out on, there’s a 90% chance I’ve hit a painful topic when they DO feel bad about. So I’ve connected with them. And when you connect with a person, a trust develops. So do many more sales.

So now, all I have to do is tell them “you know how I know how you feel? Because I’ve been there! But THIS PRODUCT helped!”

More subtly, of course, but the idea is there. You got them mad, sad, scared, ashamed, whatever. Now all you have to do is show the product you’re promoting as the SOLUTION to those fears. And that’s it. That’s the sale.

It’s that easy. So learn to use it, and skyrocket your sales.

Internet Marketing Secret – Understand Your Audience Pt. 2

17 May 2009 | Vadym

So… how do you figure out your audience?

Easy. You find places where your audience gathers, and read.

The trick is to find the right places.

I personally always use forums. Forums are the best, because people feel a sense of being anonymous behind their username, and spill all the beans. We’re cool with this, because we just want to know what makes them tick, not get blackmailing materials.

But once again, the TRICK is to use the proper forums.

Take the acne niche. 99% of the people would go to an acne forum.

WRONG.

Go to a TEEN forum and search for ‘acne’! Why?

Because in THAT forum you’ll see the posts about “Johnny not asking me out because of my zit tonight!” or “I can only go to the movies with friends because it’s dark there!”

You won’t find this stuff on an acne forum. You won’t find the EMOTIONAL BUTTONS.

But when you do, you can say something like this on your landing page:

“I’ve been where you have. I know exactly what you’ve been through. Looking in the mirror every day, wondering if I’m the ugliest girl in my school. Not being to ask out the guy I’ve liked for months because of sudden zit outbreaks when I finally have the courage. Not being able to go to dances, parties, etc, because of the digusting white bumps on my face.

And after countless methods, creams, and shots, I finally found it.”

See what I did? I stated a couple of examples, grabbing 90% of the public. Making a connection with them.

And when you connect with them, they trust you. And when they trust you, they’ll buy exactly what you tell them to.

And that’s one of the secrets of Internet Marketing :)

Internet Marketing Secret – Understand Your Audience Pt. 1

17 May 2009 | Vadym

Yeah, you’ve probably heard this a thousand times, but I’m here to tell you the truth.

It’s true. You do need to understand your audience. This isn’t just fluff you get in an ebook so that the ‘guru’ can throw another page in there for perceived value.

Why?

You need to understand your audience to increase relevance. Because relevance = sales.

Let’s take the acne niche.

If you know the age range of your niche, you can make sure to write in a way they can relate. Sticking a “bad office embarrassment” story will make less sales than a “nightmare zit 6 hours before the prom” story in the acne niche. Because we don’t have middle-aged people with acne problems, right?

You’ll know that if you understand your audience.

If you can target your audiences fears and troubles, you can make sure that you can relate. Emphasizing on a “not being able to go outside” story, you can emphasize “not being able to go on a date with the guy you’ve been chasing for 3 months because of the new zit that night” and make many more sales. Because it’s more relevant to your niche.

You’ll know that if you understand your audience.

And this is why it’s so important.

If you can get your audience, and get inside their heads, you can bring up their biggest fears and problems, trigger them, and create major sales.

Tomorrow, I’ll talk about how to research your audience.
